In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Player, and fq999. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the fq999 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by:

1. These Terms & Conditions;
2. The fq999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference;
3. The fq999 Responsible Gaming Policy;
4. Any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the fq999 platform from time to time.

If any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules shall take precedence solely with respect to that promotion or game, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern in all other respects.

Access to and use of the fq999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. fq999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on fq999. fq999 employs age verification procedures and will close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18, forfeiting any balance held in that account.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated may not use the fq999 platform.
3. Geographic eligibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the fq999 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fq999 does not make any representation that access to the platform is legal in any particular location. Players accessing fq999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
4. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one fq999 account. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. No fq999 employees: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of fq999 staff are not permitted to hold a player account or place real-money bets on the platform.

To access real-money games and place bets on fq999, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and security:

1. Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2. KYC verification: Before fq999 processes your first withdrawal, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process by submitting a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. fq999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before a withdrawal is processed, if unusual account activity is detected.
3. Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fq999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fq999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4. Two-factor authentication: fq999 uses OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect player accounts. You are encouraged to keep your registered mobile number active and accessible. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly through the account settings panel or by contacting fq999 support.
5. Notification of breach: You must notify fq999 support immediately — via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected] — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any unauthorised use of your payment methods, or any security breach affecting your account.
6. Account non-transferability: Your fq999 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

fq999 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. fq999 does not charge any fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard card processing fees may apply for Visa and Mastercard transactions at the discretion of your card issuer.
2. Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your fq999 balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of confirming your mobile wallet PIN. Visa and Mastercard deposits are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. fq999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial service providers.
3. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Fully verified accounts (those that have completed KYC) have no upper limit on individual withdrawal amounts.
4. Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST on any calendar day will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST will be processed on the following business day. fq999 targets a withdrawal turnaround of under 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard processing hours.
5. Same-source withdrawal policy: All withdrawals at fq999 must be returned to the same payment method used for the original qualifying deposit. This policy exists to protect against fraud and money laundering. fq999 will not process withdrawals to a different wallet, bank account, or card than the one used to fund the account.
6. Currency: All transactions on fq999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). fq999 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
7. Anti-money laundering: fq999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must represent the player's own legally obtained funds. fq999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals and to delay or refuse transactions where AML concerns arise.
8. Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fq999 may charge an administrative fee of ৳200 per calendar month on dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

fq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback on live casino losses, and free spins on featured slot titles. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any promotion-specific conditions published on the relevant promotion page:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who have complied with these Terms & Conditions. fq999 reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including where fq999 has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse.
2. Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Only bets placed on eligible game categories contribute toward wagering requirements — some game categories (e.g., certain live dealer games or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the promotion terms.
3. Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings are automatically forfeited.
4. One bonus per household: fq999 limits the availability of welcome and first-deposit bonuses to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players found circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts will have all bonus funds forfeited and all associated accounts permanently closed.
5. Bonus abuse: fq999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Patterns of play that fq999 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting on bonus funds, systematic exploitation of free spins, or coordinated wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Withdrawal of deposited funds: A player may request a withdrawal of deposited real-money funds at any time, regardless of whether active bonus funds are held in the account. However, requesting a withdrawal while bonus funds are active will result in the automatic forfeiture of those bonus funds and any wagering progress accumulated.

The following general rules apply to all real-money wagers placed on the fq999 platform, covering casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets:

1. Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only when fq999's system has confirmed the bet and the corresponding stake has been deducted from the player's account balance. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, fq999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
2. Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-game and per-market basis and are displayed within each game or betting market interface. fq999 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
3. Sports betting: All sports betting markets on fq999 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available sports — are governed by fq999's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the fq999 platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding a sports bet outcome, fq999's determination shall be final and binding.
4. Live betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets, including ball-by-ball cricket betting, are subject to late acceptance at fq999's discretion. fq999 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds caused by third-party data providers. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended will be voided by fq999.
5. Technical malfunctions: In the event of a verified technical malfunction in a casino game, slot, or live dealer table, fq999 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to players' balances. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period will not be honoured.
6. RNG games: All non-live casino games, slots, and crash games on fq999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of RNG games are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the player, fq999, or any third party. Published RTP percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fq999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your entire account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one fq999 account, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Using, or attempting to use, stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the fq999 platform to cycle funds without genuine gaming intent;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets on the fq999 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any fq999 game or system to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided;
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports market available on fq999;
• Match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation, including placing bets in connection with inside information about the outcome of a match;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fq999 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the fq999 platform, its software, or its security systems;
• Accessing the fq999 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures.

Either the player or fq999 may initiate the closure or suspension of a player account, subject to the following conditions:

1. Voluntary closure by the player: You may close your fq999 account at any time by contacting fq999 support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
2. Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their own access to fq999 for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion, through the Account Settings panel or by contacting fq999 support. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances. fq999 will use reasonable measures to enforce self-exclusion, but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of access in all circumstances.
3. Suspension or closure by fq999: fq999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fq999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; (c) provided false or misleading information; (d) failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (e) posed a risk to the integrity of the fq999 platform or to other players.
4. Balance on closure: Where an account is closed by fq999 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fq999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both deposited real-money funds and bonus funds. Where forfeiture is not warranted, fq999 will return the real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fq999 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the fq999 platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the fq999 platform or any specific game or market, including interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard;
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Any loss resulting from the player's use of the fq999 platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.

Where fq999's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, fq999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the fq999 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit fq999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by fq999's own negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

fq999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fq999 will:

1. Update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page;
2. Display a prominent notice on the fq999 platform homepage for a minimum of 7 calendar days following the effective date of the amendment;
3. Where practicable, send a notification to the registered email address or mobile number associated with active player accounts.

Your continued use of the fq999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the fq999 platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. fq999 recommends that you check this page regularly to stay informed of the current Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms and electronic commerce, without reference to any specific national jurisdiction's conflict-of-laws rules.

In the event of any dispute between you and fq999 arising from your use of the platform, the following process applies:

1. First contact: You must first raise your dispute with fq999 customer support via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected]. fq999's support team will endeavour to resolve your dispute within 5 business days of receipt.
2. Escalation: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first contact stage, you may escalate it in writing to the fq999 disputes resolution team at [email protected], clearly marked as a formal dispute. fq999 will provide a final written determination within 15 business days.
3. Finality of gaming decisions: All decisions made by fq999 regarding the outcome of games, settlement of bets, and application of these Terms & Conditions are final and binding once confirmed, subject only to a manifest error review process. fq999 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in the settlement of a bet or crediting of a bonus and to void or re-settle any affected transaction accordingly .
